The Fall Reset Series simplifies the path to a healthier, more energized you. From effective workouts to healthy recipes and habit-building, this challenge empowers you to create lasting, positive changes in your life.

Over 4 weeks, you'll receive weekly workouts, recipes, mindset practises, prompts, check-ins and group support . Each week focuses on a specific theme, helping you build a strong foundation for a healthier, happier lifestyle.

In 4 weeks, my unique blend of strength training/HIIT and pilates will help you build lean muscle, shed fat, boost endurance, and overcome fitness plateaus. The challenge includes 5-6 weekly workouts: 4 days of strength training/HIIT, 2 days of pilates fusion, and 1 day of mobility and stretching. Aim for 10,000 steps per day for a lean, toned look. Get ready to feel & look good. 

The Framework

  • 5 workouts per week (35-40 min)

  • One stretch/mobility class per week

  • 10 thousand steps daily (total)

  • Follow a whole-foods diet (no processed foods, junk food, etc)

  • Weekly mindset work

  • Showing up, being consistent and mostly, having fun!
