Super Green Smoothie Featuring Dose Juice

I’m always on the mission to get more greens into my diet, research says that you’re supposed to get 6 cups of greens in your diet per day!! That is a lot more than you thought right? 

Let's be honest, eating that many salads in a day to get your greens is boring as hell. So, I like to hack the system by getting as many greens I can in a day with my morning super greens smoothie.


What are the benefits of getting greens, you ask? The list is literally endless, but here are my top 5 to keep me motivated to enough per day 


1.Supports good gut health - Good gut health = Good mental health, 95% of our serotonin (the happy chemical in the brain) is produced in your gut. So if your GUT is unhappy then your brain is unhappy, and it can affect your mental health! 
2. Helps your skin glow - who doesn’t want that! 

3. Boosts your immunity- if there’s anything we learned in the past year, immunity is so important

4. Helps you feel less bloated - nobody likes bloat 

5. Fights inflammation in the body - when you’re body is fighting inflammation, you age faster, and you feel tired.

So hopefully those 5 things inspire you to eat more greens. Here’s my recipe to my super green juice, complete with some Dose juice (that tastes surprisingly great) 

SUPER GREEN JUICE

  • 1 cup of Dose Juice (CACTUS) or any of their green juices

  • ½ cup of coconut water (for hydration) 

  • Handful of spinach 

  • 1/2 cup of cucumber 

  • ½ cup of frozen fruit of choice (mango, blueberries etc) 

  • 1 TBSP of fresh or frozen avocado 

  • ½ tsp of hemp seeds
